To help make things run smoothly, it is best to have these considerations understood before commencing.

Zones
When creating an event you will be asked to enter the number of zones. This is the number of zones (areas) you will have in your event. During the process users nominating companies and those people applying for event accreditation will be asked which zones they require access.
While the zones can be updated after the process has commence - it is suggested to have this planned up front to stop the likelihood of having to ask the user a second time.
