Nominate Organisation

This page outline how to nominate an organisation.

Step 1 - Navigate To Organisations

On the side navigation, select Organisation.

Organisation and Company are used interchangeably to describe any entity or cohort.

Step 2 - Select Add Organisation

At the top of the page press the Add Organisation button.

Step 3 - Complete the Form

The form is made up of 4 parts:

  • AGPC Point of Contact

  • Organisation Information

  • Site Parking / Vehicle Access Requirements

  • Organisation Point of Contact

AGPC Representative

Each organisation should be linked to a staff member representing / internal point of contact for that particular organisation.

Organisation Information

Complete the name of the Organisation and the role / service it will be providing at the event.

Site Parking / Vehicle Access Requirements

Based on the planning arrangements of the event there may also be a require to define the required zones the organisation will need access to. Select one or more zone.

Organisation Point of Contact

Complete details for the organisation point of contact.

Save Form

Once you have completed all the required information, the save button will appear.

Press save to create the Organisation.

A notification email will be sent to [email protected] to inform the Accreditation team of the nomination.
