The page outlines the different status of the Accreditation Life Cycle

Both Event Accreditation and Bump In Out passes follow an accreditation life-cycle.

Event Accreditation Status

Status	Stage In Life-cycle
Entered	Applicant has been input into the system
Approved	Applicant has been approved for accreditation
Available	Applicant's accreditation pass has been printed
Collected	Applicant or Organisation representative has collected accreditation
Withdrawn	Applicant has been withdrawn (left in system) and allocation released
Removed	Applicant has been deleted from system and allocation released - no record remains

Bump In Out Status

Status	Stage In Life-cycle
Entered	Applicant has been input into the system
Available	Applicant has been approved and pass ready for collection
Collected	Applicant or Organisation representative has collected pass
Withdrawn	Applicant has been withdrawn (left in system)

Organisation Workflow Status

Status	Stage In Life-cycle
Nominated	Auto - Set when a user enters a new organisation for the event.
Pre-Approval Notification	Auto - Set when the Pre-Approval email is sent
Pre-Approval Complete	Auto - Set when the Pre-Approval is submitted
Application Approved	Auto - Set when the Application is first approved
Approval Notification	Auto - Set when the Approval (Login) Email is sent
Applications Started	Auto - Set when the Terms and Conditions are accepted
Applications Complete
Available for Collection
Collected	Auto - Set when all Passes have been collected
Closed
