Approve Applicant

This page outlines how to approve an applicant for an Event Accreditation pass.

Step 1 - Navigate To Selected Organisation -> Applicant

Please see earlier workflows if you are unsure how to find an organisation.

Step 2 - Enter Accreditation Details

At the top of the applicants screen you will see their accreditation information.

Expand the forms on the right hand side to complete the information. A selection must be made for all forms except for Vehicle.

Step 3 - Update Status to Approved

From the drop down box select APPROVED and then press Save Changes.

Step 4 - Approved for Printing

You can now confirm the applicant is now approved. Under the status you will see a green status label of Approved.
