Approve Organisation Allocation

This page outlines how to approve an organisations accreditation allocation

Step 1 - Navigate To Selected Organisation

Please see earlier workflows if you are unsure how to find an organisation.

Step 2 - Review Organisation's Pre-Approval Form

On the right hand side of the screen you will see 3 expandable forms:

  • Approved Allocation

  • Pre-Approval

  • Nomination Details

To expand or close them - click the arrow on the right side of the form.

The Pre-Approval form should have been completed by the organisation. You will see the word COMPLETE in green and a tick if this is the case.

Now review the information in that form.

Step 3 - Update the Approved Allocation

In the Approved Allocation form enter the required numbers of passes to be allocated to the organisation.

Press Save Changes to update and complete for this company.
